Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, then connect one or more calendar accounts. Pick which calendars block time and which one receives new bookings.

Set hours and event types
Define weekly hours and date overrides, then create event types: duration, location, buffers, notice, daily caps and any questions to ask.

Share your link
Send your booking page. Invitees see open times in their time zone, pick a slot, and everyone gets a confirmation with the details.

Google Calendar and Outlook sync
Connect several Google and Microsoft accounts. Free/busy is checked live at booking time, so a stale sync can never cause a double booking.
Meet and Teams links, automatically
Choose Google Meet or Microsoft Teams as the location and a conferencing link is created with every booking. Phone, in-person and custom locations too.
Invitee time zone detection
Your booking page shows open days and times in the invitee's local time zone, with a 12/24-hour toggle. No mental arithmetic on either side.
Custom questions
Ask for what you need before the call: short text, longer notes, email, phone or a pick-list, each required or optional. Answers arrive with the booking.
Confirmations, .ics and reminders
Both sides get confirmation, reschedule and cancellation emails with a calendar invite attached, plus reminders at the offsets you choose.
Self-service reschedule and cancel
Invitees manage their own booking from the links in their email. Calendar events and invites update everywhere, for everyone.
Buffers, notice and daily caps
Add breathing room before and after meetings, require minimum notice, limit how far ahead people can book, and cap bookings per day.
Multiple durations
Offer 15, 30 or 60 minutes on one event type and let the invitee choose. Start-time increments are yours to set.

Built for small teams who share one calendar culture
Slotify is deliberately small: one workspace, your people, their booking links. An admin allow-lists who can sign in, and each person connects their own calendars and manages their own event types.
