Agreement
By signing in to Slotify or booking a time through a Slotify booking page, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
The service
Slotify lets hosts publish booking pages based on their calendar availability and lets invitees reserve a time. We connect to third-party calendar and video-conferencing providers on your behalf; their own terms apply to your use of those services.
Your account
- Access is granted to approved work accounts. Keep your sign-in credentials with your identity provider secure.
- You are responsible for the availability, event types and content you publish under your username.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, impersonate others, or interfere with its operation.
Bookings
Confirmed bookings create events on the host’s connected calendar and send notification emails to both parties. Either party may reschedule or cancel using the links in those emails. Slotify is a scheduling tool and is not a party to any meeting or agreement between hosts and invitees.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed meetings caused by calendar sync delays or email delivery failures.
