All sales are finalised through direct negotiation between Vivid Diam and the buyer. A binding sale is only confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Vivid Diam.

All diamond prices are available on request only and are not displayed on this website. Prices are: • Subject to current market conditions and diamond availability • Denominated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing • Valid for the period specified in any written quotation provided by Vivid Diam • Subject to applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs as agreed separately Vivid Diam reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice until a binding written sales agreement is executed.

Vivid Diam offers a 3-Day Risk-Free Return Policy on all diamonds purchased through us, subject to the following conditions: Eligibility: • The return request must be initiated within 3 calendar days of the buyer receiving the diamond • The diamond must be returned in its original condition with original GIA certificate intact • The diamond must not have been set in jewellery, altered, or damaged in any way Return Process: • Contact us immediately at vividdiamsales@gmail.com or +91 97126 47570 to initiate a return • We will provide return shipping instructions; the buyer is responsible for secure, insured return shipping • Upon receipt and verification of the returned diamond's condition, a full refund will be processed Exclusions: • Custom-sourced diamonds obtained on specific request may have different return terms as agreed in writing • Returns initiated after 3 calendar days of receipt will not be accepted

All diamonds offered by Vivid Diam are accompanied by a certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Important Disclaimer: • GIA certificates are issued by an independent third party (GIA) and reflect their assessment at the time of grading • Vivid Diam does not control, alter, or influence GIA grading outcomes • While GIA certification is globally recognised as the industry standard, any grading represents a professional opinion and not an absolute guarantee • Buyers are encouraged to review GIA certificates in detail and seek independent gemological advice if required • GIA certificates must be kept safe by the buyer; Vivid Diam is not responsible for reissuance costs if certificates are lost after delivery
